Ubuntu 17.10 reached End Of Life on 19th July 2018. You should have upgraded to 18.04 long ago.
Edit the file /etc/apt/sources.list, and change
fr.archive.ubuntu.com to
old-releases.ubuntu.com Then run:
sudo apt update sudo apt upgrade You should upgrade to 18.04 as soon as possible after that.
